ZUMBA- EX: Latin inspired dance fitness. Fun routines incorporate CUMBIA, SALSA, REGGAETON, MERENGUE, MAMBO and BOLLYWOOD DANCE STYLES.
KOMBAT- EX: Workout like a warrior. The ultimate mixed martial arts workout program. Get ready for punch, block, kick and strike your way to an outrageously shredded body.
STEP- EX: Enhance cardio endurance. Workouts are choreographed for full body exercise with movements on and around step. It’s a sport, athletic and incorporates specific step training.
BOLLY- EX: It’s a fitness dance program. A fusion of music, workout and fun.
AERO- EX: It combines athletic, traditional, HI-LOW impact aerobic movements designed to increase heart rate and oxygenation.
CORE- EX: Works on balance stability, abdominal and lower back and all muscle trunk. Workout to build strong core muscle to protect your inner organs and central nervous systems, reduce back pain, strong n confident posture and prevents injuries. Get your torso in shape. Strengthens your hips, back and all muscles in the midsection of body.
PUMP- EX: Weight training program , performed with many repetitions to the music, works on all muscles groups using body pump.
FUNCTIONAL- EX: Workout for the movements you perform in everyday. Trains body to move and function naturally. Target multiple muscle groups simultaneously and incorporates all the planes of motion.
MMA- EX: Mixed martial arts conditioning. Incorporates techniques such as kick boxing, boxing. Uses MMA techniques and unique circuit of cardio and strength exercises.
CIRCUIT- EX: It is the most time efficient way to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance. A ‘circuit’ is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.
FRICTION- EX: Friction training consists of a functional exercise targeting stability, mobility, strength, balance, speed, and power. Using the body as counterweight, you can easily control the amount of friction and select the level of exertion.
TABATA / HIIT: It’s a short burst of high intensity training performing a particular exercise at high intensity for e.g., 20 secs followed by 10 secs rest. More repetitions for x minutes.
POWER SCULPT: This uses light weight and body weights to achieve long lean body to elongate the muscles in your core, gluteus, legs , torso and arms.
YOGA
POWER YOGA: It’s an intense athletic style yoga that makes you sweat.
CHAIR YOGA: It’s a subtle form of yoga to reap benefit of yoga irrespective of age or ailments. This helps you perform breathing exercise, meditation and relaxation techniques in comfort of chair
FUSION YOGA: This incorporates hand weights, cardio bursts and props with traditional and advance yoga. It challenges your strength, balance and co-ordination.
WELLNESS YOGA: Their restorative ways to relax, unwind and restore their mind body and spirit. It’s a passive and peaceful class using breath.
ARTISTIC YOGA: A more vigorous form of yoga. Teaches you dynamic flowing postures i.e., this yoga style moves quickly through the poses to create a challenging workout.
PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION: Focused more on lengthening of prana or breath control, and meditation allows all activities to settle down often resulting in peaceful, calm and focused mind.
PILATES
MAT PILATES: A set of non-impact exercise that helps improve muscle control, flexibility and co-ordination. Designed to maximize abdominal strength, increase toning and flexibility.
BALL PILATES: Athletic based class with use of a gym ball. The Gym ball is a great core and stability training tool designed to increase intensity in every move.
DYNAMIC MOVEMENT FITNESS
FIERCE-EX: Athletic based training usage of quick, rapid and explosive muscle action requires rapid rates of force production or power in addition to high levels of coordination and reactivity. Uses tyre, ropes and body.
METABOLIC-EX: It’s a complete structural and compound exercise with little rest in between exercise to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout.
3C-EX: Its tri-planar, combination of Cardio, Conditioning and Core. Metabolic circuit programmed to define muscle and shred fat using the latest small equipment.
CROSS-FIT: It’s a strength and conditioning program consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic exercise, calisthenics (body weight exercise) and Olympic weight lifting.
SWING-EX [KETTLE BELL]: Dynamic 3d exercises designed to promote strength, mobility and muscle endurance. Builds strength, endurance particularly lower back, legs, shoulders and grip strength.
FLEXY-EX: Use techniques of yoga, animal posture or movements to improve mobility, strength, endurance and power.
SUSPENSION-EX: Its original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and body weight to perform hundreds of exercise by adjusting body position and increasing or decreasing resistance.
CARDIO-EX / B – EX: Delivers dynamic conditioning via body weight exercises. Uses Body weight +Medicine ball+ Swiss ball + Weights.
