GROUP EX FITNESS's mission is to improve the quality of life and health of each individual through Scientifically, Innovatively designed Exciting Indoor & Outdoor Group fitness classes with nutritional coaching. These tools are essentially needed to become healthier, physically stronger so as to motivate others to live healthy, and challenge others in creative ways to achieve a wholesome healthy life-style. Our goal is to invoke long-lasting change in the way we look at fitness and our life-style, which will positively impact our community.

Dynamic 3D exercises designed to promote strength, mobility and muscle endurance. Builds strength, endurance particularly lower back, legs, shoulders and grip strength.

Its original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and body weight to perform hundreds of exercise by adjusting body position and increasing or decreasing resistance.

Metabolic training is completing structural and compound exercises with little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout.
